If you are in the add mail account window they all feature 'More Settings' in the initial dialogue windows where you add the initial account information After two days of struggling and five sessions with Verizon online support I finally figured out: It was the incompatible Outlook dialogue box design with Windows 10 and high resolution display software. The PC has a 4K display, great!
Autodesk invenotr for mac. But if you use the recommended (default) screen setting (250%), the dialogue box still blows beyond the window and there is not way to scroll to see the 'more settings' buttons hiding at the corner. It is really a bug in their software.
Outlook 2011 is a version of Microsoft Outlook available for the Mac computer. You can set up Outlook 2011 as an email client to send and receive email from your email hosted at InMotion Hosting. Be sure and use your full verizon.net email address, including @verizon.net, as your user name for AOL Mail when signing in, e.g., username@verizon.net. I am having problems signing into Yahoo with my @verizon.net email address.

I had to shrink it way down (to 100%) in order to see the whole box, with a magnifying glass though. Once the settings are right, everything is fine.
Having Problems With Verizon Email With Outlook
But did they tell people with weak eyes to have magnifying glass ready for their fancy 4k screens? What a stupid mistake. Thanks for your feedback. Its not a software bug, its due to you using an old Office version that was released prior to the new screen display types, and as such cannot cope with that display type Office 2007 actually goes out of support later this year. My original question was, is Office 2007 (of course old) not compatible with Win 10, and you said it was fully compatible.
How To Sync Verizon Email With Outlook
Actually windows has allowed user to adjust their display resolution for a long time. And when the res is lowered, the screen became huge but the user could still scroll to see different parts of the screen. On this PC however, it is not the case, hence hiding some buttons. It may be unintentional but it is a bug. Not every PC has a 4K HD resolution though. I guess I am paying for the good screen.
